Handling and use of information
Dynamic Factory’s original company policy describes storing information securely in Microsoft 365, including lists, documents and emails, accessible only to authorised people in the company. It also describes Google Analytics data and forms stored with Wix or Microsoft 365.
On this rebuilt website, contact requests are stored privately in Lovable Cloud rather than Wix. The planner saves your answers in your browser session and does not require an account. Your contact details and message are used to respond to your enquiry.
We use data to provide, perform and improve our services, for the following purposes:
- Present content effectively to you and your device.
- Confirm your identity and verify personal and contact details to fulfil our commitments to you.
- Perform customer analysis, administer services and conduct internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and statistics.
- Prevent abuse of our services and comply with applicable legislation.
- Perform risk analysis, prevent fraud, manage risk and meet applicable legal requirements and other legitimate interests.
Microsoft 365 security features enable Dynamic Factory to search for stored information about you and share it with you on request.
Access, rectification and erasure
We strive to process your data within the EU/EEA. In some situations, another provider or subcontractor may transfer and process data outside the EU/EEA. We take reasonable legal, technical and organisational measures to ensure secure handling and an adequate level of protection comparable to that within the EU/EEA.
Access: You can request a free copy of the information we hold about you.
Rectification: You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information about yourself.
Erasure: You may request deletion of personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

The original company policy describes cookies and similar tracking technologies used to make its websites work optimally. This website uses browser session storage to preserve your planner answers.
